1. Order Processing Time We will process your order within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays in China.
2. Shipping Time Estimated delivery time varies by destination country/region:

• Standard shipping: 10–25 business days *Delivery time is an estimate, delays may happen due to customs inspection, logistics peak season or force majeure factors, and we are not liable for uncontrollable logistics delays.

3. Shipping Fee Shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you finish payment.
4. Customs & Duties Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty or brokerage fee charged by your local customs authority. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
5. Shipment Tracking Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email, you can track the delivery status online.
6. Lost / Damaged Parcel Please contact us at support@cicnee.shop immediately if your parcel is marked lost or arrives with obvious damage. We will verify and provide a proper solution case by case.
